Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Tech Private Limited is committed to the quality of its products. If any retail customer is not 100% satisfied with our product for any reason, they may apply for a return, refund, or exchange within
30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange
Returns/Exchanges will be accepted only upon fulfilling the following conditions:

The product was received broken, defective, or incorrect. The customer must report it within 7 working days of receiving the delivery. |
Mandatory Documents:
- Original Invoice or Proof of Purchase.
- Duly filled Return/Exchange Form.
3. Refund Process
Upon acceptance of the return, the refund will be processed as follows:

4. Distributor Stock Buy-Back Policy (For Direct Sellers)
In case a Direct Seller terminates their contract, Tech Private Limited allows the return of unused stock in marketable condition.
- Time Limit : Within 30 days of the termination of the agreement.
- Amount : 90% of the purchase price of the returned products (10% will be deducted as administrative charges).
- Conditions : The products must not be older than 90 days from the date of purchase by the Direct Seller and must be in a resaleable condition.
5. How to Initiate a Return
The customer or Direct Seller must follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Notification : Notify our Customer Care Team (at [Customer Care Email ID] or [Customer Care Phone Number]) via call or email regarding the return/exchange.
- Documentation : Carefully pack the product along with the required documents (like Invoice copy and Return Form).
- Shipping : Ship the product to the company warehouse address as instructed by the Customer Care Team.
- Inspection : Upon receiving the product, the company will conduct a Quality Check (QC).
- Resolution : If the inspection is successful, the refund or exchange will be processed within the timelines specified above.
Note : The cost of shipping the product back to the company's address must be borne by the customer/Distributor, except when the product is defective or incorrect.
