Cancellation Policy - Dazz Tech Private Limited
This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and agreements made by Consumers and Direct Sellers associated with the Direct Selling business of
Dazz Tech Private Limited.
1. Cancellation by Consumer (Customer)
Every consumer is entitled to the following cancellation rights concerning their purchase:
- Cooling-Off Period :
- The consumer is provided a mandatory minimum 30-day Cooling-Off Period from the date of purchase of the product or the signing of the purchase agreement.
- Within this 30-day period, the consumer can cancel their order or purchase agreement without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
- Cancellation Procedure :
- For cancellation, the consumer must inform the company's Customer Support Team or the concerned Direct Seller in writing (via email, letter, or other prescribed medium).
- Cancellation Due to Delay :
- If there is an undue delay in the delivery of the product beyond the promised delivery date by the company, the consumer shall have the right to cancel the order.
- In such cases, any deposit or advance payment made by the consumer will be fully refunded immediately upon request for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Direct Seller
The Direct Seller has the right to cancel their participation and product purchases with the company:
- Cancellation of Agreement (Enrollment) :
- A reasonable Cooling-Off Period is applicable after the Direct Seller Agreement is signed. Within this period, the Direct Seller can repudiate (cancel) the agreement without penalty and receive a refund of any consideration (fees) paid for participation.
- Cancellation of Product Purchase (Buy-Back Policy) :
- Within 30 days from the date of product distribution, the Direct Seller may request to return unsold products that are in a Saleable Condition.
- This falls under the company's mandatory Buy-Back or Repurchase Policy.
3. Refund Condition Post-Cancellation
- Upon acceptance of cancellation, the company will issue a Full Refund of the amount paid by the consumer or Direct Seller (minus applicable taxes, if necessary).
- To receive a refund, if the product was delivered, it must be returned in a Saleable Condition, meaning it must be unused, undamaged, and marketable.
